Vinyl liner replacement, in writing.

We replace inground pool liners and nothing else. You get a line-item quote before any work, an install date we keep, and a floor and groundwater fix so the new liner stays down.

01 · WHAT WE DO

One job, done right: the liner and everything under it.

Most pool companies treat a liner as one more line on a long menu. We built a company around it, because around here a liner job is where the slow callbacks, vague prices and floating floors happen. Specializing means we have the measuring, the dewatering and the faceplate work down cold.

Primary

Vinyl liner replacement

Measured on site, custom cut, hung and vacuum-set on a warm day, new gaskets and faceplates at every fitting, filled and balanced.

Pool floor and cove repair

Chipped, heaved or crumbling poolcrete and vermiculite rebuilt before the new liner goes in. Priced by the spot, in writing.

Groundwater control

North Louisiana sits on a high water table. We set a dewatering well beside the pool and a relief valve in the drain so water never lifts your liner again.

Main drain add-back

Pool lost its bottom drain years ago? With the liner out is the one time to put it back. We cut it in, plumb it and pressure-test it.

02 · THE LEDGER PROMISE

Why homeowners here are tired of calling pool companies.

Weeks for a callback. A number on the phone that changes once the crew shows up. A liner that floats the first time the pump quits. We started Blue Ledger Pools after living all three. The promise is simple: everything in writing, dates kept, and the water under the pool handled, not ignored.

  • Written line-item quotesYou see the liner, the parts, the floor work and the labor as separate lines, with the total, before you decide.
  • Dates we keepYou get a measuring day and an install day on the quote. We text you the evening before each one.
  • Groundwater handledA floated liner is the most common failure in this parish. Dewatering is part of our standard job, not an upsell after the fact.
  • Liner specialistsMeasuring is where liner jobs go wrong. We measure twice, cross-check the drawing, and confirm it with the manufacturer before cutting.

03 · HOW IT GOES

Four steps. You know where you are at each one.

Custom liners take two to four weeks to arrive. We use that time for the floor, drain and dewatering work, so the pool is ready the day the liner lands. Fall and spring are the best install windows; a warm, sunny day is what a liner needs to lay flat.

  1. Look and measureWe walk the pool with you, check the walls, floor, fittings and steps, and take the full set of measurements. Usually within days of your request.
  2. Written quoteYou get the line-item quote with a liner pattern book to pick from, the measuring sheet, and proposed dates. Nothing is ordered until you say go.
  3. Prep while the liner shipsDrain, remove the old liner, repair the floor and cove, treat any rust, set the dewatering well, cut in the drain if you chose one. Everything cures before install day.
  4. Install, fill, walk-throughLiner hung and vacuum-set, fittings cut in as the water rises, pool filled and balanced. We walk you through the equipment and the warranty before we leave.
04 · DO YOU NEED ONE

Signs a liner is done.

Vinyl liners in our climate last about 8 to 12 years. Sun, chemistry and groundwater are what wear them out. Patching buys a season; it does not buy a second decade.

If you check two or more of these, it is time to get a quote and plan the install for the next warm window.

  • A tear or a patch that is holding the season together
  • The pool loses more than a quarter inch of water a day with the pump off
  • The liner floated or wrinkled after heavy rain or a pump failure
  • Wrinkles that came back after you pushed them out
  • Faded, chalky or brittle vinyl above the waterline
  • The bead keeps pulling out of the track
  • Rust streaks or soft spots in the floor you can feel underfoot
  • It is more than ten years old

Tell us about the pool and what it is doing. Photos help: one of the whole pool, one of the problem, one of the equipment. We reply the next business day with a measuring date.

Losing water fast or the liner has floated? Say so in the notes and we call first.

Phone photos are fine. Under 8 MB each.

We use your details only to quote this job. No lists, no resale.
